Tractor Trailer vs. Car - Manchester Road

Group 3 responded to a report of a car / tractor trailer accident at Manchester Road and Henmond Blvd at 1442hrs. The driver of the car was taken to a local hospital bls after spinal precautions were taken and the truck driver refused care.
