LOCAL 2393 Members receive Unit Citations and Life Saving Medals

October 31 ,2009 - Local 2393 Members received Unit Citations and Life Saving Medals from the Arlington Fire District at the Annual Inspection Dinner.

Deputy Chief Pells, Captain Madison, Firefighter/Paramedic Palmatier, Firefighter Roger, Firefighter/Paramedic Drum and Firefighter/Paramedic Tompkins were awarded Unit Citations for actions at a serious auto accident.

Lieutenant Inglis ,Firefighters Cerniglia and Rusnock were awarded life saving medals. Firefighters Kangas, Cacace, Brown and Tarquinio Jr. were awarded Unit Citations for rescue of an elderly woman in a house fire.

Firefighters Palestro and Lopez were awarded unit citations for actions at a near drowning in a swimming pool.
