2 CAR MVA - VAN WAGNER RD & HORNBECK RD.

4-26-10 - AFD Group 3 responded to a report of a 2 car mva with injuries on Van Wagner Rd & Hornbeck Rd. at 9:57am. 1 patient was taken in for a leg injury. The jaws were used to "pop" the door off of one car to gain access to the patient.
